Thank you for shopping with Flesh & Bone. We want you to love your purchase, so we’ve outlined our refund and returns policy below.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are made to order through our fulfillment partner, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

Please double-check your size, delivery address, and order details before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right at no cost to you.

To request a replacement:

  1. Contact us at fleshandbonetricking@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.

Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Order Issues & Delays

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or Printify’s production times.

  • If your order hasn’t arrived 30 days after it was shipped, contact us and we’ll investigate.

Non-Returnable Items

Because each item is custom-printed on demand, we cannot accept returns unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How Refunds Are Processed

If a refund is approved, it will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
